Your data is 100% safe. We don’t engage in any commercialization with any of your data. We don’t have any tie up with any other agencies. Access rules block anybody other than the player from logging in and checking the player’s personal data. Even the site administrators don’t have access to your passwords. Please follow strong password rules and do not share your password with anyone.

No. The data you have entered will be yours for the lifetime. You can view it. But adding more data or using paid features will be disabled.

App free trial period is for 15 days, during which you can try out all the BASIC features. After 15 days, you have to subscribe for either 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or Lifetime. If you don’t subscribe, the App will rollover to the FREE mode where only limited features are available for use.

The app is available to you as an individual player or as a part of the academy. The data you’ve entered will be yours, and available to you for lifetime. If you move from one academy to another, you take the data and change the academy you are part of. Everything else will be seamless and will work as before.

If you’re a parent of a tennis player, first you need to ensure the player is registered first. When the player is registered, 2 more user ids are generated. One for each parent, Mother and Father. Please download and install the ChampinU through playstore/appstore. Register yourself as a parent, by giving the correct user id for your player. Once the registration is complete, you can signin and use the app with a parent privilege. Only limited sections are available for view/use, unlike that of a player/coach. This is designed with intent for you to monitor the progress of the kids without being intrusive. If there is any feedback you have on this, please contact us.

If you are a player who is training in an academy. And, if you want to utilize ChampinU as part of academy training – then you have to make sure your academy is listed. If it is listed, then  you can install ChampinU through playstore/appstore. Register yourself as a player in the academy. If your academy is not listed, please talk to your head coach and ask him/her to register first. After you register for the first time, you can login and use the app but only after your head coach approves your registration – you will be officially part of the academy.

If you are a head coach, you start with the process called Academy Onboarding. Please install ChampinU through playstore/appstore. Register yourself as a head coach by filling in all the details such as  academy name & address. After this, all the assistant coaches and players can register in your academy.
