REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thanks for using CHAMPINU. We regret any inconvenience caused while using our product. We are happy to redress any concerns via email: support@champinu.com. Alternatively, you may also visit the website https://www.champinu.com/contact-us and submit a form to redress the situation.

Our Refund Policy is that once we have received a Customer’s payment and if due to a technical or network error the Customer’s subscription is not activated in the system within 24 hours of payment receipt, we will refund the entire amount within 5-7 business days.

Our Cancellation Policy is that once we have received a Customer’s payment and subscription is activated in our system, we cannot cancel the subscription. In unavoidable cases, at the discretion of the CHAMPINU team, we will consider extending the subscription for a certain number of days, where it is genuinely proven that the Customer cannot use the product or services for some period of time due to extreme circumstances.
